Located in the University neighborhood, this home was a scrape. They requested a “Denver Foursquare look”, reminiscent of classic early-1900 home. There was a steep grade in front yard and a staircase was built going to front door. Created a modern, open floor plan. The client invited Camerata back later to finish the basement.
