I love the architectural design of Camerata Homes. I had the pleasure of seeing the new build at 10201 Inspiration Drive in Parker and am so impressed by how open and thoughtfully designed it is. Choosing a builder was very important to us, we are building a very custom home, a replica of my husband’s grandmother’s early 1900’s home. We interviewed 3 others then we interviewed Camerata Homes.  They were the only builder that took notes and we felt really heard our very specific needs and wants, when we received our bid it included specific requests we had.  None of the other three even took notes and their bids were genetic with no specifics.
