Located in the Lakeside neighborhood, in Wheat Ridge, CO. This project was a scrape. Created the home and workspace for the rectory. Value-engineered the project, saved over $170,000 from original budget without sacrificing. “Two faces”: Residential feel from front. Also needed to fit scope of Catholic Church property (school, campus, auxiliary buildings). Architecture had to serve both functions. Back deck served as front porch to rectory campus.
