Located in the Whittier neighborhood in Denver, CO. “Fresh face on old home.” Popped the top, added 2nd floor and staircase. Refreshed the entry. Created master bedroom. Opened kitchen and dining. Added pantry, mud room, 2-car garage. Installed a wrought-iron fence. Finished in winter, we preserved the roses that looked gorgeous in spring time. Client has called back for additional assignments.
